Setup covers standard profile creation, claiming, configuration and verification support.
Complex duplicate listings, suspensions, ownership disputes, major verification problems or substantial remediation may require a separate assessment or quotation. These issues are not silently absorbed into the R2,000 standard Setup scope.

Do I need a new profile or should an existing profile be claimed?
If Google does not already show an eligible profile for the business, standard creation may be appropriate. If a profile already exists, the correct route may be claiming it or requesting ownership. We assess the starting point before proceeding.
Is verification completion guaranteed?
No. Growbot Digital supports preparation and the verification process, but Google determines the available verification method, approval, timing and final verification outcome.
What information will I need to provide?
The required information depends on the business and Google’s process. It commonly includes accurate business details, contact information, operating hours, categories, services, location or service areas, website information and any evidence Google requests.
Does standard Setup include suspension or duplicate-profile remediation?
No. Complex duplicate listings, suspensions, ownership disputes, major verification problems and substantial remediation may require a separate assessment or quotation.
Does Setup guarantee rankings, calls or enquiries?
No. Setup establishes and configures the standard profile foundation. It does not guarantee rankings, visibility increases, calls, enquiries, leads, customers, sales or revenue.
What happens after Setup?
After the profile is established and handed over, any focused improvement or ongoing support is assessed separately. Depending on the profile’s condition and eligibility, the Optimisation Sprint or Monthly Management may be a more appropriate next step.
