GA4 presence or one standard property, basic Tag Manager where appropriate, page-view testing, one straightforward form event, and Search Console ownership or standard verification assistance where access is supplied.

Contained spacing, alignment, typography and mobile-layout corrections; minor HTML, CSS, WordPress or template fixes; scoped broken-link fixes; basic theme or plugin update review; backup where access permits and a post-change functionality check. For up to five priority pages: title and meta-description review, H1 and heading checks, included-image alt text, relevant internal links, indexability and canonical spot-checks, and XML sitemap presence.

No. Website Support is a completed once-off project for an approved set of improvements. It does not create an ongoing maintenance, hosting, security-monitoring or unlimited-support arrangement.
No. New website construction is not included in Website Support. A limited Lightweight Business Website may be considered after a separate assessment, while more complex builds may require a separate quotation or specialist referral.
The standard service is designed for suitable existing self-hosted WordPress websites. WordPress.com, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, static websites and other platforms may be reviewed but are not accepted automatically.
The standard scope covers updates to a maximum of five existing pages, including the homepage, contact route and up to four additional priority pages.
The service includes insertion, reformatting and minor editing of up to 1,500 words of client-supplied copy. Full copywriting, new long-form pages, legal drafting and keyword-research-led SEO copy are quoted separately.
It includes basic search-readiness checks for up to five priority pages, such as page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, relevant internal links, indexability, canonical and sitemap checks. It is not a ranking campaign or comprehensive SEO audit.
No. Malware cleanup, hacked-site recovery, emergency incident response, major hosting failures and severely compromised websites fall outside the standard Website Support scope and may require specialist referral.
Growbot Digital will explain the additional requirement before further work is completed. The project may require a separate quotation, a narrower approved scope or referral to an appropriate specialist.
One consolidated revision round is included within the approved scope. It may cover factual corrections and reasonable adjustments to the implemented content or layout. New requests, additional pages, reversed approvals and new design directions are not included.
Growbot Digital completes a final functionality check and provides handover guidance. Seven calendar days of defect support are included for faults introduced by Growbot Digital. New requests, changed content and third-party failures are outside that support period.
